This was DOS. In Windows, try this instead.

OUTPUT tempfile.txt
SET LINES 0
LIST <tablename>
SET LINES 20
OUTPUT SCREEN
PRNSETUP
OUTPUT PRINTER
TYPE tempfile.txt
OUTPUT SCREEN
