I would check the terminal server to make sure that the session has ended properly. You need to find out how they are disconnecting - they should be using a log off option and not just closing it. If they are not getting logged out properly, the session will remain active on the terminal server. We have some customers using terminal server without issue so I can say that it 'should' work just fine.

Windows sees the dbfiles as open even when one PC is logged out of Windows and the other one is Disconnected from the data base. Anyone out there using terminal services in a multi user environment?
