Thanks. You solved two problems. The terminal services problem is running
on Win2K and the scenario you described must be the culprit. The user is
leaving the RBase app but not closing the session.

Troy- at another customer using Novell "under" Win NT, they are always
having problems reloading their data base. I will pass on your suggestion
as it is a good bet, since it doesn't always happen.
