Troy, Thinking about this a bit more...
Would this be something as simple as putting a Pause after my disconnect and wait X seconds? The current code is: DISCONNECT DELETE mmis.rb? RENAME newmmis.rb? mmis.rb? CONNECT mmis The error is right after the Delete. I.e., "You can't delete a connected data base" (and then a renaming error). That would be great if it's just a Pause after the DISCONNECT I'll give it a try. Five seconds sould be plenty??? In the manage box click on OPEN FILES... This will show you who has the database files open. You can then either click on the individual database files and close them manually or you can close ALL of the open files at once. > >-- Frank > >--- Frank Conroy - Systems Network Administrator >--- F.J.
