I wrote about 10 years ago an app that is still in use (DOS 4.5++) Some reports was printed with bar codes. Soft bar codes fonts was bougth from APSYLOG. The proper font was downloaded into networked HP LaserJet printer thru a BAT file using a program supplied with the fonts. RBase DOS printer 'drivers' (PRD file) was change to include the proper escape command to swich to/cancel the bar code font. In report designer, those 2 # variables was located arround the column to print with bar code. Not easy to set up, but once it works ... no more problems. Hope this help .... Regards, J.M.
