Not familiar with Zebra "line mode" as opposed to any other
mode that printer may offer. My guess is that's part of your
problem. I use both Seiko and DYMO label printers with no
trouble. However, I remember that some of the labels were converted from
prior DOS versions where we had variables set with printer control codes (like
vname = <27 52 03>). Those were causing odd ascii characters to
print on the labels. Check your driver too.

PRNSETUP 'Zebra LP2844' OUT PRINTER LBLPRINT test (test being a form that displays ok on the screen) OUT SCREEN
The label prints ok but with each label I get the following
JF q832 q832 q036 0
followed by the correct label text
Is there any simple way of suppressing these Ascii (?) Characters?
Is there another 2" to 4" label printer that I should be looking at that is more compatible with RBase?
