Dan, For me it has been amazingly easy. Easier than 1-2-3!
Except for a change in icon color on their desktops, users had no way to tell that anything had changed. (But there were one or two fuddy duddies, who mourned the fact that they could no longer start R:BASE for DOS and do stuff in the database the same way they'd been doing it since 1983.)
