It is possible that the problem has to do with the Vista security settings
in sending the required data to RBTI to get the activation key.

Are you able to access rbase.com from you web browser?

I have two separate problems -- the first is that Windows is not allowing 
R:Base to write the license key to the registry.  Emmitt had the solution to 
this problem -- right click and use Run As Administrator.

But I still have the problem getting the activation key.  The problem is not 
that I can't see the RBTI site (that works fine), but when I click the button 
to get the activation key, nothing happens -- no browser opens.  I think 
Windows is having some kind of problem associating the HTTP request from R:Base.

Now that I got the license key entered, I'll email for the activation keys.
