He's printing from the viewer. If there was no data, there wouldn't be
anything in the viewer.

Are there any rows that satisfy the WHERE clause?
I mean if you have MESSAGES set to off and you
try to print a PDF with no rows I think you will get
an empty PDF of about 1k.

From the screen I use the 'print to file option and give it a
'filename.pdf
I actually created a 'filename.pdf' file but as I stated in the original
message the file will not open and the size is 1kb
