Oh for heavens sake, you'll never believe what the problem ended
up being at the client when I went there today....  They were originally 
on 7.1 and upgraded to 7.6 years ago.  On this new person's computer 
the guy set up the icon to run the app and put in the original 7.1 exe 
location rather than the 7.6!   (We still have the old 7.1 on there even 
though it's not used).  So there was a compatibility issue with new 
code/forms....  Yeesh...
