That's why I said "pick a different date if you want to." It depends on the data 
you keep. Some databases don't have any birthdates in them, and the oldest 
data may be post 1980. And I like the comment about checking an limiting 
dates depending on their meaning. R:Base RULES, EEPS, Stored 
Procedures, GETDATE(), are all tools you can use to make it easy for users 
to get the date right.
