Rbase installed on a PC with Windows 98SE, Rbase.ini installed in the
WINDOWS directory, which I believe is where all the *.INI files should
normally reside. Same case with old Windows 98. My clients are running WIN2K
and if I remember correctly it Rbase.ini was installed in the WINDOWS
(WINNT?) directory.

This is a very interesting thread. At home, with only one PC (WIN2K),
Rbase.ini installed itself in the C:\WINNT directory. At the office,
with Rbase installed (not copied) on each PC (WIN98SE) and DB files
residing on NT server, it installed under C:\RBTI\RBWIN65. ~Claudine :)

Reading between the lines I think Sami is distinguishing
between doing a full install on the workstation from the
CD as against copying the R:BASE files to the workstation.

Sami, correct me if I am mistaken.
