Alstair Just make sure the OPTION PRINTER is in your print statement. I haven't been in the office the last 2 days and I'm going from memory (which isn't that good anymore) of how everything was set up. I'll check on Monday and take some screen shots. Buddy

to the new "file" printer (it is) but also I need to specify it in the
