May I request that while you're looking into things you ask the
dream team to figure out why the
PRNSETUP QUALITY DRAFT
command doesn't work. I've been able to work around it on some
computers by creating a fake duplicate printer and setting it to draft.
I was unable to do so on my client's computer so he's still unhappy at
having to go through five steps to print a report in draft. (going
through all the standard microsoft print dialog boxes for each one page
report he wants to print).
