I totally understand that!
Remember, I'm a "proud developer of R:BASE" myself, over 20+ years. I
know how my clients feel or react to things when there are many issues
involved including the network, hardware, other softwares and sometimes
it has nothing to do with R:BASE at all. Everything is relative in life.
Sometimes, I do take things personally and you really have to be in my
position to feel it, but that comes with the territory.
We at R:BASE Technologies are poised for perfection and we'll continue
to do what we do BEST!
