This is interesting, but is a bit confusing to me. I was under the
impression that you could not use both 7.1 and 7.5 against the same
database at the same time?

Subject: [RBG7-L] - RE: Rotated variable label

Larry -

This could be done easily in RBG 7.5 using the Report EEPs and the
property on the static label. If you don't want to upgrade your client
completely using RBG 7.5, you could LAUNCH 7.5, print the report, then
close 7.5.

Just a thought,
Sami

Subject: [RBG7-L] - Rotated variable label

I find myself with the need to include a rotated label on a report with
a caption that changes from report to report. I have the values I need
to print in variables, although I could also put them into a temporary
table.

Unfortunately, RB7.1 only seems to have a static rotated label, not one
based on variable or DB values.

Does anyone have any clever suggestions how I can work around this? I
have some quite long column headers for some fairly narrow numerical
columns -- I want to display the headers angled at 90 degrees, or
perhaps a little less.
The headers change from run to run of the report.
