Tweaking this thread: I see most responders have quite large collections.
My own ownership predilection is for a few and those just right; this based
on a sort of perfectionist obsession that has led me into spending
excessive amounts trying to perfect bikes that couldn't be perfected
w/relation to my wants. So presently I'm happy with 4: gofast; all round
errand and do everything road bike (fenders, racks, bags, lights); off road
bike (a dirt road rather than a mountain bike); and a folder on the cheap.

What are all y'all's criteria for "keep" instead of "sell"?
