Not life-changingly different, but enough that I think a Cheviot or Appaloosa would be worth the cost difference over a Clem L for the kind of rides she's discussing.
I'm not trying to talk down the Clem, I just wanted to give her an honest assessment from my POV because I think that's what she asked for.
