It's car-centric here, and it's rare I get a compliment that isn't "nice beach cruiser" or "How do you get up the hill with no gears?" in regards to my Betty Foy. But yesterday I had her in for repairs and the owner of the shop was complimenting me on my bike and telling me what a pleasure it was to take it for a test ride when he had finished the work. So smooth! So comfortable!
