Hey Kurt, Seems like you have a lot of replies already and I'm late on this, but I do have a 2016 58cm Hunq. I have Velocity Atlas rims and I run 55mm big bens and 2.1 Smart Sams, both have healthy clearance for SKS commuter fenders.
I know that's not as big as you wanna go, especially with cliffhanger rims. But I dunno if I'd go too much more than that with fenders, honestly, even with Atlas. Hope that helps Bob B.
