I would not describe the 5 boro tour as a flash of cycling utopia, not quite. There is a lot of traffic. Bike traffic. A lot of it New Year's Eve style amateur bike traffic. Talk about Critical Mass! Not too much roaming free. But it will definitely be an experience you will remember! Have fun!
