Off-topic, again, but, just to clarify, I deleted my comments because I want to try and be positive online. My comments couldn't be a help to anyone, solved no problem, and illuminated no important issues. Also, in regard to small businesses, I believe in voting with your wallet. It's one thing to say, for example, "Don't buy that stem, it can break," and another to question the expertise or sincerity of the people at a company. For all I know, the people at the company in question read this forum, it's actually fairly likely, and wouldn't it be a bummer for them to read what I wrote?
Anyway, energy is limited, may as well try to use it for positive ends.
