Steel for me. I chuckle every time I read an ad or review about some carbon bike that has "achieved" a comfortable ride. I love the way steel bikes look, and feel. I even love the little "ping" they make when something taps a tube.
If I had all the money in the world to spend on one bike it would be steel.
