I agree that armored cars are a non-option under the current rules but I'm not so sure about the frontal hit exclusion for them. We would be straying far from historical tactics if allowing that. I'd like to see more cars on the field and see them as shoot and scoot vehicles. Maybe under the ratings proposal, cars could have higher speed limits and rates of fire to entice builders?
