I am not sure percent fill the parts are being printed at. But my PLA at 20% fill treads don't last very long.

The most common form of bioplastic is polylactide acid or PLA and is made out of corn. Unfortunately, in order for PLA do biodegrade, it needs a certain kind of bacteria at just the right temperature.
