This system was 9 years old and I was called in to put in a new battery bank. We added a Combox, but did not update the firmware on the XW’s since there had only been one update, it did not add any functionality that the customer needed, and I didn’t want to introduce any new problems (exactly like you and others have mentioned) with a new firmware update.
The Combox had the most recent Firmware, is there a possibility it doesn’t play nice with the older firmware of the inverters??
