To some degree it depends who they are... If they are long time users who were previosuly satisfied, I would listen.

Upset a customer is allowed to be, nasty, well, that might work if it's a huge customer or a very, very visible one.

Personally i think RS's top priority should be get to the point where they start using RB200* all their in-house IDE development ...

And how do you know that it isn't? Just because they have not reached that point yet?


I'm lucky in that my projects are small in-house apps not created for sale... so they don't need to be perfect just good enough to speed up the work flow in our laboratory.

There are perfect software products?
