Nor does it solve anything or make any difference.
The fact is, certain developers gained a competitive advantage for
delivering on the Mac platform. Were I them, I'd probably exploit the
heck out of it. "Make hay while the sun shines", and all that.
Blaming Apple make make those who didn't gain the advantage feel a
bit better about their own decisions, but it doesn't pay the rent.
