not sure about this - I'm guessing for every one 'noisy' there are
probably 10 who agree with them but say nothing for fear of being
jumped on.
The very best customer any company can have is a noisy one - because
it means the customer still wants to deal with them. It's when they
say nothing that you should get worried, because they've given up on
you and you've lost them.
