What I don't understand is why are people complaining. If you
don't like a piece of software, don't use it.
If you need Xplatform (and/or a non C based language) which
includes the Mac there is not much choice... but have you ever
considered that some who complain do so because they like a lot
about RB but find it's bugs (and framework limitations and
XPlatfrom inconsistencies) extremely frustrating and just want it
to improve ASAP to help improve their productivity... In other
words they complain because they DO like it and WANT to be better
to be able to use it more efficiently?

well, at best this is misinformed and wastefull of their time. if
they are genuinely complaining to make the product better, they
have a few forums to talk directly to RB about their qualms -
feedback and the developers program. hell, i doubt your emails
direct to geoff would bounce. posting here does nothing except
copy your message 50k times and put it in all our inboxes to deal
with.
However, the bulk of posts in these situations are created because
some listers feel they must challenge any complaint. This often leads
to the intensive back and forth posts that fill up our mailboxes.
Best,
Jack
