Thanks guys, I guess I didn't think of that because I have a similar issue with another app and the hypercard player vs. full app and figured I would tackle all of these at the root. But I assume that the same strategy would work across the board for these as well, nix the version I am not using. With so much space on the HDs I fell out of the habit of cleaning house as deletion is so permanent :) It never fails as soon as I clean out the garage, I wish I still had that item I tossed...
Was hoping there was a simple easy way to just point a file association at a particular version in some file in the system folder or with some utility program. Thanks, I should have just zapped 5.5.2 long ago as soon as I had reached my conclusion. Always that fear that at some point I might need the upgrade feature and wouldn't be able to find the version but could persuade RB to sell me a license even if they didn't have the version officially for sale anymore....
