Sorry to disturb again...
When I asked to filter out just .xml files, you told me that is not Mac.
And nearly all agree, and said I am wrong, that is not Mac.
Once again, was it wrong because RB not have the feature to filter
out just .xml?
I have some problems to find an another app that doing some similar.
But there must be, because so many know how to handle it.
But I found an app that just doing some similar. PhotoShop CS.
(I tested with an Screen shot png file)
Import PDF...
When you use that menu, the OpenDialog only shows .pdf files.
An that is an old company with experience of Mac.
Okey you could answer: that is so because pdf have not the same
MacType as jpeg and gif.
And it could be discussed, but that is far from 'you have wrong, you
don't do so on Mac'
I also testing the following with PhotoShop CS
I add an MacType = PNGf and rename the extension .pxng ..
And then I try to Import the image again, but NOT.. it is NOT
available in the DialogBox.
So that tell me that PhotoShop in this case only filter by extension!
And they do so because that is the safest method! .png files is NOT
Mac only!
Just like .txt or .html those file are not Mac only.
And to you that is so sure that is wrong to do so, could you tell me
some place to read about it?
PS. Screen shot (.png) created by OS X 10.4.6 do not have an MacType
or FileCreator.
