I use Apple's Pages which is ok. I haven't tried making a hyperlink though.
Its cheap though.

You can do hyperlinks in Pages if you have version 2. You need to make a bookmark first and then the hyperlink can point to either a bookmark, a URL or an email address (I haven't tried the email part). It works well enough for doing manuals but take the time to set up your styles at the start. Pages does take some time getting used to since it does not really work the way Word does.
