I am not sure this is entirely correct. I think sql charges the developer 
annually (and presumabley there would be updates included implicitly) BUT I 
think 
the end users only pay once, not annually. Despite me and others asking the 
same question over and over again, I still have not come to understand if the 
RB Server requires the end users (not just the developer) to pay for the 
license too. Again, I am just trying to decide on what is the best arrangement 
and 
therefore trying to get some answers. Do the end users using the server pay in 
addition to the developer (for the RB Server or Valentina) pay or not?
