Hi John: I too am a neuroscientist and use Canvas for my manuscript figures. I'd be interested to learn how you create vector graphics in RB that are exportable to other apps via the clipboard. I believe I had an exchange with Joe Strout a while back where he explained that RB vectors are proprietary and not understood by other Mac apps (which only understand PICTs AFAIK, tho the more modern format is PDF but I don't think any/many apps have been updated to recognizes PDF data on the clipboard [too bad as PICTs are really a low-resolution pain to use]).
