By having a valid folder item at index 0, there were count+1 items in the array. Charles clarified the why, and I've signed on to his report. The docs are clear on the range of FolderItem.Item, but at the time did not look.
Folderitem.item IS NOT AN ARRAY. It's a list of items. Lists make perfect sense to have a Count property and to access the items starting with the FIRST one. :-)
Folderitem are one of the things that are already indexed the RIGHT way, but they do have the odd behavior of having an undefined Item(0).
