Unless you're suing RS because you depended on their
interpretation, and it turned out that someone else had a different
interpretation.
Interesting point: I bought my RB license while thinking/assuming a
that 'free' standard MySQL
license is part part of the package.
Can't remember reading anything else on RS' web. Does the web
