I personally am not informed enough on the licensing restrictions at hand to give an opinion. However, I can assure you that no matter what response you receive, you consult a licensed attorney that is willing to back up his/her interpretation of the licenses in court, if it comes to that.

Unless you're suing RS because you depended on their interpretation, and it turned out that someone else had a different interpretation.

Interesting point: I bought my RB license while thinking/assuming a that 'free' standard MySQL
license is part part of the package.

Can't remember reading anything else on RS' web. Does the web explains the situation correctly=
