I would have filed a bug report, along with a project, if the problem
were reproducible. As I said. After the crash, if I go back to the
saved project it will compile and run fine. It may compile and run
fine 5 or 6 times for every 1 time it crashes.

I made 3 or 4 simple projects with 2007r2 -- just exploring things,
getting a feel for 2007r2. They were all very simple as I said -- 1
window, 2 editfields, 1 pushbutton, 1 static text, 2 methods that did
very simple calculations based on the editfields and displayed a
result in the static text.

Basically I spent one day this way trying to get a feel for 2007r2
before moving my real work from 2007r1. Since I got these crashes
every 6 or 7 compiles all day long, as well as the 1 crash of the
IDE. I moved back to 2007r1. To me 2007r2 was simply unusable.

Again, the crash occurs at launch before the window or menu bar are
drawn. The debugger never kicks in to give any error messages --
just the OS X error message.
