when I called RA about other problems, I also asked about this one. This
really has nothing to do with your end (even though it appears in your
logs). It is when the person with the player has set the player to a higher
bandwidth, then they actually have (like setting it to ISDN, when they have
a 28.8 modem). That error isn't as serious as what it sounds.
