Subject: Errors in Error Log
I am using the Basic Server G2 version 6.1.3.73. All rm files play fine
from the player using several different clients and locations. RM files
that are accessed via player javascript without a start statement (e.g..
rtsp://www.server.com/example.rm) are logged correctly. However files
that have a start time included (e.g.
rtsp://www.server.com/example.rm?start="0:01:00" have an "unknown" error
in the Real Server access log and are not recognized (other than errors)
in Webtrends or Lariat Stats and the errors do not show up in the Real
Server error log.
Is anyone having the same problem with the access log? Any advice would
be greatly appreciated.
