I've had NOTHING but trouble with it. It's eaten a number of tickets on me. Now I always save them as text files before posting. Just in case.
Now that I think about it, the whole Knowledge.OpenText site is pretty bad. Searches are useless, and trying to find what you're looking for is nearly impossible without the help of support, since the names of everything have changed, and nothing is clearly labeled. Oh, and I hate dealing with .iso files. Just give me a zip. Is that too much to ask? And no Safari/FireFox/Chrome support? Absolutely lame. Bring back RedDot! I miss the RedDotCommunity.com site.
