Jerry,
Sounds like you've planned it out well. You'll get plenty of water movement
with a overflow box and the protein skimmer will also help oxygenate the
water. I'd like to suggest the following:
A. Remember that where ever water can escape it will. Don't forget the
checkvalves and T valves.
B. Try glueing your rock right to the back of your tank and set it up as a
"wall dive".
C. Add a few powerheads to help circulate the water around the tank.
