Jerry,
Is the tank set up already? If not, is the bottom glass tempered? If it is
not on both accounts, you could drill 2 holes and add a loop pump. It is a
pump that sucks water in one hole and out the other. It is a loop because
its pressure is equalized due to both the input and output being drilled
directly into the tank. If you drill them into the bottom, you can use
locline and split the output up a couple of times. That will allow you to
direct tons of current throughout the tank without adding 50 powerheads. I
use a loop pump (mag 2400) in my set up and love it. It is on a random timer
and creates as a surge type action better than anything I have ever seen
short of a dump bucket, and it does not have the air bubbles like a bucket
does.

Jerry,
Sounds like you've planned it out well. You'll get plenty of water
movement
with a overflow box and the protein skimmer will also help oxygenate
the
water. I'd like to suggest the following:
A. Remember that where ever water can escape it will. Don't forget
the
checkvalves and T valves.
B. Try glueing your rock right to the back of your tank and set it
up as a
"wall dive".
C. Add a few powerheads to help circulate the water around the
tank.
Good Luck,
J
