That is true. And even if they dont extend their tentacles, they will still
consume food. Just take a turkey baster, or even your hands if you have to,
and place food on top of the coral where the inner circle of flesh is. Try
and put it near its mouths. It will bend and shape so that it can get the
food into its mouth. Sooner or later, you will see the tentacles, and once
that happens, feeding is super easy, like discussed below. The important
thing is to feed him! Oh, and remember to shut of your pumps while feeding
or they will blow the food away before the coral gets a chance to eat it.
And remember to watch your fishes closely, thieves I tell ya!
