Simplest thing to do is to take a UHF Mastr-Ii and a 10m Mastr-Ii and
swap RX boards. The 406-420 MHz M2s are ideal as a link.

Please reconsider your decision of adding another repeater
to 10m.....
there are only four repeater channels in the band and they
are unusable now (have you used a scanner recently ???)
and it's the low side of the cycle... it's only going to get
worse as the cycle goes back up...
Years ago you could pick the 10m repeater you wanted to
use by dialing up the appropriate tone. Not any more.
Consider 6m - it's a lot more open and a lot more equipment
available for it. And again - just swap the RX boards in a 6m
and a UHF Mastr-II.
