Were experecing a problem with our new Motorola MTR 2000 Repeater. The
repeater is on 146.22/82. PL of 94.8 Hz. When a station is using the
repeater, and just when they unkey, we end up with a signal that is on
155.490 (PL 107.2) comes through the receiver. The 155.490 frequency is
used by our local Law Enforcment Dispatch. This does not happen every time,
but intermittent.
Their repeater is also a Motorola MTR 2000. The repeaters are about 4 to
five miles apart. The Ham repeater has been totally checked out. It has a
new duplexer, intercabling, 7/8 hardline. The 6 db gain stationmaster
antenna was not replaced. The SWR was checked and is OK.
I am open for ideas on this one.
