Our coordination policies require that the equipment used be (paraphrasing)
"comparable in quality to modern commercial land-mobile radio standards".
But with some of the junk the "commercial" manufacturers are turning out
these days, that leaves a fair amount of wiggle room.  Call me an OF, but I
still regard the oldies but goodies like Micors and M2's to be the de facto
standards of how a repeater, particularly the receiver, *should* perform in
a crowded environment...
