Hey Josh - two pieces of feedback

    1. I found having two sliders very visually distracting. What if instead of
a slider for the stages, we just have the text (1/2, 2/2, etc)? What do you
think on this @kayousterhout and @shivaram? My feeling is most users are
beginners and it would be sufficient to just have a single slider conveying X/Y
progress. Having two I think will confuse some users and makes the page overall
fairly noisy.
    2. To avoid the "moving goalpost" problem, should we just add the total
number of tasks to the event that indicates a job has started? I think you can
compute it in the DAGScheduler by summing over the number of tasks for each
constituent stage. Otherwise I think, as it stands now, stages that are just
waiting rather than submitted will not be shown until their parent stages are
finished, and the total will bounce around.
