Alright, pushed another set of changes. I've addressed the "(Job Group)"
thing by hiding it when no jobs use job groups (the common case). This has
Selenium tests (note: these tests are ugly; I know that there are cleaner ways
to write Selenium tests; I'll go back and clean this up later if it ever
becomes a bigger mess).
I've also added a stages progress bar.
I fixed the job page bug (see my inline comment); it was caused by a
trivial mistake.
Finally, I added a rough mockup of a per-page help tooltip:
