Thanks for all your help, now I got VMware Server working, in RHEL5 with
normal kernel and XEN Kernel, thanks Hugh for your help, but I already
figure out how solve it, kind of late ; - ),  at the end of the
configuration I had another problem, with the xinetd, for anyone who might
need the answer you only have to install xinetd from the installation cd's

possible that you do not have one of these packages installed on this

or
/etc/xinetd.d exists.
