Thanks for all your help, now I got VMware Server working, in RHEL5 with normal kernel and XEN Kernel, thanks Hugh for your help, but I already figure out how solve it, kind of late ; - ), at the end of the configuration I had another problem, with the xinetd, for anyone who might need the answer you only have to install xinetd from the installation cd's

Boot into the standard kernel, reconfigure it with vmware-config.pl and you should be good to go for installing any x86 or x86_64 OS.
